We’re on the lookout for an Inbound Transportation Manager who will own and lead the entire flow of goods from our suppliers in Asia straight into our warehouse in Szczecin. You’ll run the show—from vendor hand-off to warehouse delivery. It’s about building smarter routes, faster delivery, better cost control, and above all, top-notch execution. You’ll lead a remote team, manage sea and air freight ops like a boss, and ensure every logistical decision aligns with our business goals. What you’ll do Process Improvement: Spot bottlenecks, kill inefficiencies, and build smarter inbound flows Slash lead times, optimize LCL/FCL routes, and boost warehouse handovers Tackle related areas like vendor coordination and customs flow Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a remote team that keeps goods flowing from Asia to Poland Ensure daily execution is on point, and the team’s growth is part of the plan Project Management: Own projects across IB Transportation (new suppliers, systems, process changes) Shape and drive the inbound roadmap to support AUTODOC’s growth journey Cost & Contract Management: Lead supplier negotiations (sea & air), manage freight contracts Own cost per item and keep budgets in check—no surprises Stakeholder Management: Be the point of contact for all things inbound—internal and external Partner up with customs, warehouse, IT, assortment teams, and beyond Communicate milestones, risks, and performance like a pro Data, Reporting & Documentation: Analyze the numbers (costs, shipments, packaging) Report trends and insights in a way that drives real decisions Maintain documentation for smooth operations and compliance What you bring Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or a similar field 6 years of end-to-end supply chain experience 2 years in sea freight/drayage ops, preferably with a focus on optimization Experience working across customs, warehouse, vendor ops, and IT A data-driven mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills Proven track record of process improvements that stick Project and stakeholder management across multiple teams Business-level English (spoken and written); other languages = nice bonus People leadership skills—especially in remote settings Bonus points if you have: Solid PowerPoint and reporting chops Familiarity with fulfillment and warehousing SOPs Industry certs (CILT, IATA, etc.)—helpful, not required Flexibility to travel when needed What do we offer?
