Work directly with our Co-CEO and gain hands-on exposure across finance, people, revenue and business operations. Kickstart your career at the heart of a fast-growing SaaS company and help shape how we scale.
Your Mission
1. Work closely with the Co-CEO on strategic and operational priorities, gaining a holistic view of building and scaling a company.
2. Take ownership of key initiatives across financial, people and organizational topics and cross-functional scaling projects, improving processes and implementing systems to enable sustainable growth.
3. Support MARKT-PILOT in leveraging internal AI tools, identifying use cases, improving adoption, and helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows.
4. Conduct strategic research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and best practices to inform decision-making.
5. Prepare decision-ready materials, presentations, and briefings for leadership and key stakeholders.
6. Help optimize internal workflows and ensure data quality and transparency across core systems.
7. Act as a sparring partner in day-to-day business, bringing structure to complex topics and helping turn ideas into execution.
Your Skills
8. Student Status: Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
9. Structured Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
10. Ownership Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
11. Business Acumen: Interest in SaaS, B2B business models, and scaling organizations.
12. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
13. Execution Strength: Ability to balance strategic thinking with getting things done.
14. Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across functions and seniority levels.
