As Head of Digital & People Experience (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive digitalization strategy for People & Culture on a local and global level.
In particular, you will
* lead and oversee the execution of global digitalization projects and initiatives to include tracking results and ensuring compliance based on local regulations and best practice solutions for People & Culture
* actively pave the way for innovation by exploring cutting-edge approaches such as digital platforms and artificial intelligence to improve the employee experience in all facets of the people cycle
* provide valuable insights to enhance decision-making and people and business partnering relationships and outcomes
* continuously enhance the employee experience through optimizing processes, implementing strategic initiatives and automation to support in driving our employee value proposition
* lead workforce planning initiatives to support our retail businesses and utilize appropriate tools to optimize organizational operations to support in having the right people with the right competence at the right time
Preferred Profile
* University Degree with a focus in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resource Management or Business Administration
* Proven experience in developing, supporting and implementing digital transformation within the People & Culture domain, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong project management skills, particularly in the context of global rollouts and in-depth knowledge of HR systems and digital tools
* Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and workforce planning tools
* Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
