German-speaking Sales Executive with experience in the maritime sector to join its growing team

Your tasks on the position:
* Lead the full sales cycle in Germany, including prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals with maritime clients
* Use your existing network in the German maritime industry to identify and develop new business opportunities
* Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and networking events in the Hamburg area
* Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your pipeline and ensure smooth client handovers
* Meet or exceed sales targets and actively contribute to business growth in the region
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
* Experience in B2B Sales in the maritime domain is a must
* Strong existing network in the German maritime sector (shipping, crewing, marine services)
* Native German (C2 proficiency)
* Fluent English (C1+ proficiency)
Will be an advantage:
* Experience in B2B Sales in SaaS or travel domain
Benefits:
* A competitive salary based on your experience and skills (
up to €55,000 gross/year

* On-Target Earnings (OTE) of
€100,000–€120,000 annually
