Job Summary:
* We are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Expert to support our international customer base for the entire product portfolio.
* The role includes creating and processing customer-specific technical solutions and solution alternatives for fall protection systems, taking customer requirements and standards into account.
* Preparation of project-specific offers in close coordination with the field service, incorporating information from other specialist departments and in accordance with company guidelines, using CAD programs if necessary.
* Maintaining the technical and safety consistency of customer-specific solutions within the framework of applicable standards, as well as contract review of offers and orders.
* Order entry, maintenance of the order backlog and customer data in the respective IT tool for the own area of responsibility.
* Active support of orders during the processing phase, intervening in the event of deviations and participating in finding solutions in coordination with internal specialist departments, and if necessary, also with the field service.
* Technical support for field service by clarifying project-specific customer concerns.
* Providing technical pre- and after-sales service.
* Certifying customers through training.
* Completing reporting tasks.
