Tasks:
• Work with team in communicating and selling complete service portfolio of ONE DEKRA for the regional accounts 与团队合作,向区域客户沟通并推广ONE DEKRA的完整服务组合
• Train, coach and communicate with team regularly on regional accounts strategy and execution plan 定期对团队进行培训、指导,并就区域客户战略及执行计划进行沟通
• Work with team to develop working process on the project delivery of regional accounts 与团队合作,制定区域客户项目交付的工作流程
• Work as brand ambassador of the company and strengthen DEKRA brand perception to the regional accounts 作为公司品牌大使,加强DEKRA品牌在区域客户中的认知度
• Look for opportunities of strategic alliance including joint branding campaign with the regional accounts 探索与区域客户建立战略联盟的机会,包括联合品牌推广活动
• Work with marketing team on regional account communication and promotion by utilizing digital marketing platforms 与市场营销团队合作,利用数字营销平台进行区域客户的沟通与推广
• Differentiation vs. competition 与竞争对手的差异化
• Work with team in developing and selling DEKRA core values to the regional accounts (value vs. price selling) 与团队合作,向区域客户传达DEKRA核心价值观(价值导向销售而非价格导向销售)
• Explore and develop opportunities to sell from perspectives of value chain and supply chain 从价值链和供应链角度探索并开发销售机会
• Bundle services instead of singular service, making point-to-point price comparison more unrealistic in situation of price competition 捆绑服务而非单一服务,使在价格竞争中进行点对点价格比较变得不切实际
• Work with team in moving up account organizational hierarchy in relationship management 与团队合作,在关系管理中提升账户组织层级
• Look for bonding opportunities that will contribute to customer business, e.g. help customer by connecting them to their customers (buyers) which generate potential business opportunities; help customer in addressing issues like product recall/market surveillance 寻找有助于客户业务发展的合作机会,例如通过连接客户与其买家(买家)来创造潜在业务机会;协助客户解决产品召回/市场监管等问题
Qualifications:
• >10 years' experience in sales & account management related subject, with minimum 5+ years specifically in management system certification market (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, etc.) with demonstrated track record of achieving certification sales targets >10年销售及客户管理相关领域经验,其中至少5年以上管理体系认证市场(ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO 45001、ISO 27001等)经验,并实现认证销售目标
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering, business, or quality management disciplines 本科及以上学历,工程、商务或质量管理专业优先
• Proven track record in certification sales and account management, able to provide reference successful stories from ISO certification projects 具备认证销售和客户管理成功案例,可提供ISO认证项目成功案例参考
• Strong team and event organization capabilities with experience in certification industry events and seminars 强大的团队及活动组织能力,具备认证行业活动和研讨会经验
• In-depth TIC or related industry knowledge with specific expertise in management system certification standards and processes 相关行业知识,具备管理体系认证标准和流程的专业知识
• Team leader experience with demonstrated ability to manage certification sales teams and technical experts 团队领导经验,能够管理认证销售团队和技术专家
• Marketing communication sense with experience in promoting certification services through various channels 市场营销沟通意识,具备通过多种渠道推广认证服务的经验
• Native-level English proficiency with exceptional command of technical business vocabulary specific to TIC industry and certification services; proven ability to conduct high-level business negotiations, presentations, and contract discussions in English with multinational corporations; strong technical writing skills for creating certification-related documentation, audit reports, and compliance communications 熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力,达到母语水平,精通TIC行业和认证服务相关的技术商务词汇;能够与跨国公司进行高级商务谈判、演示和合同讨论;具备编写认证相关文件、审核报告和合规沟通的强技术写作能力
