IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the team, ensuring tasks are respected and goals are implemented.
* Provide physical and telephone reception for users, organizing on-call duties and ensuring permanences are respected.
* Regularly review KPIs and maintain smooth working environments for teams.
* Support IT systems, manage inventory and hardware, and deploy SCCM/Intune solutions.
* Maintain the service desk, ensure everything is respected, and perform moving and installation tasks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position and be fluent in French and English.
