Position Overview
Responsible for country - level AIoT products in Germany. Understand the German market and implement product life - cycle management by formulating product strategy, pricing strategy, go - to - market program, PSI management, sales plan, customer expansion target, pricing and channel strategy, etc. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
1. Product Selection
Responsible for product category selection and onboarding in Germany. Identify and choose suitable products based on market, user, and channel characteristics in the German market.
2. Sales Management
Performance - driven. Timely monitor product sales, adjust sales strategies accordingly, and collaborate with sales and other relevant teams to achieve sales targets.
3. AIoT Product Volume and Price Control
Accountable for the commercial success of products. Maximize product revenue through effective volume and price management. Oversee product delivery and price control to maintain stable market order in Germany.
4.PSI Management
Conduct reasonable SI/SO sales forecasting. Implement accurate FCST management in line with headquarters' requirements and monitor inventory levels.
5. Market Competition
Update major competitors' promotional prices on a weekly basis. Gather information on new product launches and their response strategies. Analyze and contribute insights from GFK and Canalys reports relevant to the German market.
6. Market Insight
Independently conduct market insights and competition analysis. Produce competition analysis and risk assessments, and develop corresponding strategies for the German market.
7. Product Strategy
Propose product - related suggestions based on market demand in Germany and assist the product team with product introductions.
8. New Product Launch Management
Develop a new product management plan and lead all relevant teams in preparatory work according to the launch plan to ensure the smooth introduction of new products in Germany.
9. Expense Management
Ensure that marketing resources are allocated in line with product strategies. Control the pace of investment to maintain the product's sustained popularity and optimize the return on investment.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher.
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, product management, GTM, or product marketing within the consumer electronics industry, with experience relevant to the German market being a plus.
3.Project management experience, especially in launching 0 - to - 1 projects, is preferred.
4.Experience in fully responsible for business metrics and expanding in Germany or in similar European markets is preferred.
5.Logical and clear - thinking with strong communication skills.
6.Demonstrated integrity, pragmatism, and conscientiousness.
7.Positive and optimistic attitude.
8.Good cross - team collaboration skills.
9.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese and German is a plus.
