We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our distributor network in Southern Germany, focusing on business development and growth.
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, assessing client needs, and offering tailored technical solutions. Effective negotiation skills are crucial to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
You will represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and product demonstrations, working closely with internal teams to deliver successful projects.
The ideal candidate has:
* A proven track record in field sales development (minimum 3 years), preferably within an industrial or technical environment.
* Native or near-native German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong English language skills for international collaboration; French is an asset.
* Comfortable with frequent travel (several days per week).
* Technical aptitude – able to quickly understand complex products and present them clearly.
* Self-driven, well-organized, results-oriented, and highly customer-focused.
* Proficient with digital tools (CRM, reporting, office suite) for effective sales tracking.
* A full, clean driving license (Category B) is essential.
