As theCampaign Manager - Omnichannel Strategy (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of orchestrating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that create meaningful customer experiences across various channels. This role blendscreative visionwithanalytical expertise, allowing you to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audiences while collaborating with multiple business units. The position will be based in our Munich office and limited to 2 years. Key Responsibilities: You design and execute end-to-end omnichannel campaigns with clear, measurable objectives aligned with business goals and intended customer experiences. You foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams by providing consultation and collaborating closely to continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, thereby enhancing quality and maximizing impact. You ensure timely and cohesive execution of campaigns across relevant touchpoints, delivering optimized and impactful customer experiences. You work closely in and with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Communication, Customer Experience Strategy, Content Operations, and Digital Enablement, to align campaign objectives and execution. You continuously monitor, measure, and optimize omnichannel campaigns against KPIs and other relevant metrics. You drive the utilization of data analytics to understand customer behavior and inform global and local campaign adjustments for maximum impact. You consolidate and share learnings from campaigns to enhance future initiatives and strategies. You provide insights into global and local campaign design, planning, execution, best practices, and omnichannel effectiveness. You coordinate the overall performance, analysis, reporting, and optimization of campaigns. You ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and on schedule to effectively reach target audiences. You ensure the effective utilization of omnichannel marketing capabilities and technologies to plan, manage, execute, measure, and optimize campaigns, accelerating excellence in customer experience. Qualifications: You have completed studies in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in campaign management & execution, marketing strategy, digital marketing or a related role, preferably within an omnichannel environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinking with a focus on customer engagement and experience. Knowledgeable in omnichannel marketing technology. Familiarity with customer experience strategies and channel activation. You are open-minded and distinguish yourself through empathetic interaction with people, influencing skills and your ability to drive alignment across organizations to deliver results. You are hands-on and demonstrate good communication skills in consulting and explaining best practices to colleagues. You have strong communication skills in German and English.
