As Head of Customer Interaction & Business Intelligence Solutions (f/m/d), you will lead a diverse, international team of experts focused on strategic advisory and delivery of cutting-edge solutions in the fields of Conversational AI and Dashboard-as-a-Service (DaaS). Your team plays a critical role in transforming customer experience through digital avatars, AI agents, and data-driven insights. Lead a cross-functional, international team across Germany and Romania
Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects in customer interaction or business intelligence
Strong strategic mindset and hands-on experience with AI-driven customer solutions and Power BI
Experienced in managing international teams and working in a matrix organization
Fluency in English and willingness to travel required, German skills are a plus
