Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead technical projects for the development and lifecycle support of TFT and LED display systems used in railway applications
* Manage customer-specific service and retrofit projects, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, EMC, quality, methods, validation) throughout the product lifecycle
* Act as the technical interface between customers, internal departments, and external partners
* Ensure compliance with railway-specific standards and regulations (e.g. EN 50155, EN 50121-3-2, EN 45545)
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and service concepts
* Contribute to continuous improvement of products and service processes
* Willingness to travel to customer sites for technical clarification, system analysis, and project coordination
Qualifications
Your Profile:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
* Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in railway or industrial electronics
* Strong knowledge of display technologies (TFT, LED), embedded systems, and electrical design
* Familiarity with EMC design principles and railway certification processes
* Experience in service business, including retrofit, maintenance, and lifecycle management
* Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
* Mandatorily business proficiency in German and good English, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and on-site support
