With two development and GMP compliant manufacturing sites for biopharmaceutical products located in Henningsdorf and Braunschweig, we are seeking a candidate to join our Protein Analytics team in the Quality Control department at our Braunschweig location as soon as possible. Head Quality Control (m/f/d) Management of the QC department, including responsibility for the budget and personnel Responsibility for method development, as well as the qualification and validation of methods, particularly protein analytical methods Ensuring timely QC testing of relevant materials (e.g., raw materials, intermediates, biological drugs, and products) Ensuring that adequate and trained personnel are available to perform QC functions Ensuring and organizing the qualification of QC laboratory equipment Drafting, reviewing, and approving QC protocols and reports Leading customer interactions for all QC-related projects, including method development, method transfer, and validation Providing technical support during customer audits and inspections Collaborating with Manufacturing, QA, QP, and other QC departments to ensure smooth operations Master Degree in a science-related field 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of quality control and GMP within the biotech sector 5 years of experience in a managerial role Sense of responsibility for people, processes, internal and external customers, and timelines Fluency in German and English Interpersonal skills and leadership qualities Knowledge of guideline-compliant development and characterization of biosimilars A dynamic, international environment where you can quickly take on significant responsibilities, contribute your experience and knowledge, and bring your ideas to life Diverse challenges and exciting projects with a strong team spirit Excellent Benefits Flexible Working Times Optimal induction and training opportunities as well as individual development options Flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes and flexibility
