Business Development Specialist
Your Role:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as liaison between them and our internal teams.
* Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective segment strategies and tailored Key Account Plans.
* Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, coordinating solutions and new product development to meet their requirements.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery, addressing customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
* Prepare regular progress reports, monitoring market trends and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
* Relevant engineering diploma or degree in mechanical or production engineering, coupled with B2B sales experience.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
* Fluency in English, French, or German, with experience working in multicultural environments an added advantage.
* Availability for business trips within Europe is required.
