Job Description
* Supporting the Head of Air Freight Europe in strategic development planning
* Analyzing our European Airfreight network and identifying opportunities for development and optimization
* Leading Cross-functional collaboration on key initiatives across countries and departments
* Preparing business cases, data analysis and presentations for senior leadership
* Monitoring performance indicators and translating insights into actions
* Supporting the planning and roll-out of new trade lanes, gateways and service offerings
* Acting as an interface between local stations and regional management
* Ensuring consistency with internal SOP's and integration with global airfreight strategy
Candidate's Profile
* Bachelor's degree in, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in airfreight logistics, including managerial or strategic planning roles
* Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
* Experience with network planning, development or large-scale implementation projects
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix, multicultural environment
* Business fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
* Proactive mindset and ability to work independently while aligning with broader strategic goals
* Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally
