Project Coordinator for Research Initiatives
The University of Luxembourg is a leading institution in the field of science, technology, and medicine. Our Faculty contributes multidisciplinary expertise in various fields, including mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, life sciences, and medicine.
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to strengthen our team of research facilitators. The successful candidate will support project management for FSTM projects (mainly EU projects) and manage contracts directly linked to research projects.
* Coordinate project execution: Ensure timely delivery of outputs, reporting forms, financial tracking, and effective communication with researchers and funding partners.
* Drafting contracts: Translate researchers' requirements into concrete contract terms and actions.
* Stakeholder interface: Act as liaison between researchers and central university services (legal, finance, HR).
In this role:
• Demonstrate experience in contract management for research projects (preferably EU-funded). Familiarity with contract templates grant agreements institutional requirements VAT IP GDPR.
