Your area of responsibility
* Design and develop scalable and high-performance backend systems and services
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
* Collaborate with front-end developers and other teams to ensure seamless integration
* Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise and drive solutions
* Continuously improve the system's performance and scalability
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and contribute to the development of best practices
We are looking for you
* 5 years of relevant Software Engineering experience
* A creative problem-solver who can think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions
* A team player who is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively
* A continuous learner who is always up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development
Your profile
* You have a successfully completed degree in informatics or a successfully completed training as an IT specialist or similar
* Proven experience as a Senior Backend Software Engineer
* Strong experience in Go (Bonus for experience with C# and .Net Core)
* Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
* Familiarity with RDBMS databases such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL
* Experience with cloud services such as AWS
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Experience in startups is a plus
* You have a very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
