Together with our motivated team and within our successful SAP consulting division, you will expand your expertise to support our clients holistically through our approach combining strategy consulting, process optimization, and implementation of CX solutions (including sales, marketing, and service processes).
You will attend training sessions, deepen your knowledge in our SAP Expert Lab, and create value for our clients. Individual development paths will support your personal growth.
The following tasks await you:
1. Support our clients in analyzing new requirements in sales, marketing, and service.
2. Conduct workshops and user training sessions, and develop technical concepts in collaboration with our clients.
3. During implementation phases, undertake customizing and development in SAP Customer Experience solutions (SAP Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce Cloud, SAP Emarsys, Qualtrics, SAP Customer Data Cloud/Platform).
4. Grow into diverse SAP projects alongside a team of experienced SAP professionals.
5. Actively participate in the development of our division and promote topics such as Machine Learning, IoT, or digital transformation processes.
6. Attend targeted training within our personalized career paths and develop individually: find your personal path, whether it’s project management, requirements engineering, IT architecture, or SAP development.
Minimum qualifications:
* Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
* Experience in process analysis, concept development, and implementation of CX solutions.
* Experience in integrating SAP cloud systems via SAP PI/SAP Cloud Platform Integration/Webservices.
* High level of responsibility and results orientation.
* Strong team and communication skills, and enjoyment in building knowledge together.
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
