Authenticity Coordinator (f/m/d)
To support our Authenticity-team we are searching for a Authenticity Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyse existing policy and process gaps, and develop solutions to close them
2. Developing and implementing full compliance processes
3. Driving forward our protective mechanisms to maintain the quality of our products
4. Responding to, investigating, managing and resolving incidents and escalations around product authenticity (counterfeit, trademark, copyright) and safety issues
5. Authenticate luxury products by locating brand identifiers (holograms, date codes, authenticity cards, and hallmarks) and evaluating the quality of materials and construction
6. Create guidelines and carry out internal trainings for teams across departments to share your knowledge
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
7. Completed studies or apprenticeship in textile engineering/ clothing technology or equivalent professional experience of in relevant environment, e.g. in Customs or Luxury, preferable fashion
8. Strong fashion knowledge – Top designers and brands, current trends, garment construction, etc. is a huge plus.
9. Intellectual property laws and rights are common practice for you.
10. Excellent organizational & time management skills.
11. Great eye for fonts and details.
12. Confident communicator who possesses a positive attitude towards collaboration.
13. You keep your skills sharp by constantly learning about new items being sold, and with hands-on research.
14. Experienced computer skills (MS Office)
15. Very good level of English both written and spoken, German is an advantage
