1. Lead IT Operations in DACH, including End User Support, Infrastructure, and Workplace Technology
2. Define and execute the regional IT strategy and multi-year roadmap
3. Manage the infrastructure and technology project portfolio, aligning with European/global initiatives
4. Drive transformation, turning vision into actionable change within the organization
5. Oversee full P&L for IT operations, including budget planning and financial performance
6. Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams focused on digital innovation, resilience, and operational excellence
Deine Kompetenzen
7. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-site IT operations in complex or multinational settings
8. Strong expertise in IT financials, CAPEX/OPEX management, and cost optimization
9. Proven track record in leading large, cross-country IT project portfolios with measurable results
10. Visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans using OKRs and KPIs
11. Skilled in driving organizational transformation and managing complex change
12. Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; English fluency required, German and Agile experience are strong pluses
