Job Responsibilities
Patrol and Monitoring
Perform daily patrols of designated areas to ensure site safety.
Use surveillance systems and alarm systems to monitor public and key areas and promptly detect any unusual activity.
Security Management
Prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and other safety incidents.
Inspect personnel, vehicles, and items entering and exiting the facility, and implement security inspection procedures.
Emergency Response
In emergencies (such as fire, intrusion, or incidents), promptly implement safety measures and report to supervisors.
Assist police, fire, and other departments in handling emergencies.
Customer and Visitor Services
Provide necessary guidance, consultation, and assistance to ensure the safety and order of employees and visitors.
Maintain a positive public image and be courteous.
Record and Report
Record patrols, incidents, and unusual situations, and report them to the security supervisor as required.
Propose safety improvement suggestions and assist in improving the safety management system.
Requirements
High school degree or higher; security or patrol experience preferred.
Healthy and able to adapt to night shifts and long periods of standing patrol work.
Familiarity with safety management knowledge and relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent observation, judgment, and adaptability.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
