Responsibilities & Tasks
* Acquisition and sale of residential investment properties (multi-family homes, land, etc.)
* Proactive consulting and client management
* Conducting property viewings and negotiations
* Creating analyses for real estate investment marketing
* Conceptualizing, marketing, and managing offers
Required Skills & Qualities
* Completed real estate-related education or relevant degree
* Initial experience in sales of commercial properties, with a focus on residential market
* Persuasive, negotiation skills, and strong communication
* Entrepreneurial mindset, sales talent, and team spirit
* Excellent German, English, and MS Office skills
