Senior Accountant - Your responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse range of Luxembourg-domiciled funds, corporate clients, and specialized investment vehicles.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, as well as annual financial statements in accordance with Lux GAAP and IFRS standards.
* Handle transaction bookings, NAV calculations, valuations, capital calls, and distribution workings while ensuring accurate investor allocations.
* Responsible for preparing and submitting VAT returns, corporate tax declarations, and regulatory reports for authorities such as the BCL and CSSF.
* Act as a key point of contact for investment managers, auditors, and legal counsel, and participate in client board and shareholder meetings.
* Support the team in refining internal processes and implementing best practices to ensure first-class service delivery.
Senior Accountant - Your profile:
* Around 3 to 5 years of experience in fund or SPV accounting, ideally gained within a fiduciary, PSF, or international accounting firm.
* Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is a distinct advantage for your professional development.
* A degree in Accounting or Finance; holding a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) or having a clear interest in pursuing one is highly valued.
* Previous experience with fund accounting systems such as eFront is beneficial for your daily workflows.
* You will thrive in our English-speaking atmosphere; a good command of French is considered a significant advantage.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, tight-knit team.
