Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Support the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews and onboarding new team members. Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., new hires, absences). Help ensure company HR policies are applied consistently and act as a first point of contact for employee questions. Maintain and update the employee directory. Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and administrative duties. Qualifications and Preferred Skills: Ideally you have recently graduated or have initial experience through internships in HR, administration, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions. A discreet and trustworthy nature when handling confidential information.
