As a (Senior) Communications Manager, you will build and shape our internal communications while supporting external communication projects. You'll be the central connection point between our Public Relations team, C-Level, HR, and other stakeholders, ensuring complex topics are accessible to everyone. Developing the communication strategy : Supporting change : You plan change and strategy communication in the context of a dynamic scale-up, with a focus on dialogue and feedback spaces – in collaboration with C-Level and leadership teams.
You define, develop, and manage communication channels (intranet, newsletter, monthly meetings, etc.).
Content creation : You prepare content (text, image, video, etc.) Shaping projects : Based on needs, you take on external communication projects in PR, social media, website, and branding.
You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in communications, ideally in a scale-up or tech environment, a background in external communications or PR is an additional plus.
You've already helped build communication structures and supported change processes through communications. Additional experience in project management is required. You have excellent communication skills in German and fluent English proficiency.
You develop compelling concepts, write confidently, and use PowerPoint as a design tool for impactful storytelling.
You are hands-on and combine operational implementation with strategic thinking.
