Your Tasks
* Your tasks include supporting the preparation and execution of measurements on Francis model turbines in the in-house test laboratory.
* You analyze turbine characteristics across various operating ranges and compare them with measurements from actual power plant units.
* By evaluating the data, you link theoretical principles with practical applications.
* You will collaborate across disciplines with experts in measurement technology, hydraulic design, structural analysis, and materials science.
* Contribute to current research questions that support the energy transition with your work.
Your Profile
* You are an enrolled student in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
* You have basic knowledge of mechanics, strength, and fatigue analysis.
* You also possess very good skills in MS Office.
* Good English skills, an independent working style, and the ability to work in a team complete your profile.
* A structured and goal-oriented working style distinguish you.
