Within the scope of your thesis, you will investigate the influence of hypoxia on the expansion of mesenchymal stem cells in a bioreactor.
The job requires regular attendance at our institute in Aachen.

* Support in bioreactor cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells
* Perform quality analyses such as (fluorescence) microscopy and flow cytometry
* Contribute to a publicly financed research project
What you contribute
* You are studying biotechnology, biology, medical engineering, medicine or a comparable subject
* Initial experience with bioreactors is an advantage
* Ideally, you have initial experience in stem cell cultivation
* Ability to work independently and enjoy working in a teamGood language skills in German and/or English
