Akindra Talents is a Romania-based IT workforce company providing flexible IT staffing solutions and support to global customers. Based in the heart of Transylvania, we focus on connecting talented individuals with our clients across Europe. We build and manage remote operational support and development teams, while also supporting our freelance collaborators during their journey.
We are looking for an experienced IT Architect to support the NOWA project, which focuses on implementing new feed-in processes alongside the introduction of modern IT applications. The process chain covers all stages from customer inquiry to meter installation and billing.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate the current and target IT landscape within the project scope
* Document and assess interfaces and data flows between multiple systems
* Design and develop rollout and go-live procedures for new applications
* Consult on migration strategies, test management, and cut-over planning
* Provide technical consulting and support to business and process experts
* Evaluate and translate business requirements into technical concepts and solutions
* Ensure the consistency, scalability, and quality of proposed architectures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
* Monitor the execution of work packages and contribute to project documentation
* Support stakeholder communication and ensure transparency in project progress
Requirements
* University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
* Extensive experience as an IT Architect in complex IT environments, ideally supported by relevant certifications
* Strong understanding of IT architectures, interface technologies, and data flow management
* Deep knowledge of system integration within enterprise environments
* Experience with IT migration, rollout, and cut-over projects
* Confident communication and documentation skills in German; English proficiency required
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication abilities
* Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working approach
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and maintain focus under pressure
* High resilience, reliability, and a strong ownership mindset
* Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Knowledge of energy industry processes, particularly those of regional utilities, is an advantage
* Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of IT processes and governance

* Start/End Date: January 1, 2026 -December 31, 2026 (with possibility of extension)
* Location: Remote (with occasional visits to the client's HQ)
