The Private Capital Business Implementation Officer plays a pivotal role in facilitating the successful implementation of new projects within our private capital department.
Key Responsibilities & Expected Results
* Conduct thorough analysis of projects from a private capital service perspective
* Guarantee operational project implementation, including onboarding and migration processes
* Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
* Ensure high-quality communication and documentation throughout all stages
* Monitor project progress using dashboards and reports
* Coordinate setup processes in various systems, including cash accounts, static data, FX, forward, collateral, pledge, and listed derivatives
* Validate and customize operational contracts to ensure quality
* Prioritize business objectives across multiple projects
* Manage changes throughout the lifecycle of entities until liquidation
* Organize structured handovers with internal stakeholders and clients
* Ensure project success through effective communication, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines, as well as client satisfaction.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects supporting the business implementation team, private capital department, or bank/group.
