Job Title:
Customer Service Event Manager
A Customer Service Event Manager is responsible for providing on-site maintenance services to customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role involves coordinating operational and commercial aspects with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provision of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) on-site maintenance services
* Coordination of related operational and commercial aspects
* Customer experience and relationship management
* Reporting and reconciliation with suppliers
* Customer-focused project management
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proactive and customer-oriented mindset, as well as excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a dynamic international environment and be comfortable working in a global team.
Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to have fluency in English, as well as professional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). SAP knowledge is advantageous.
