About The RoleThis Position ist temporary for 1 year with the possibility of extensionYOUR DEPARTMENT:As Deputy Country Director you will be assigned to the Representative office of "humedica e.V." in Ukraine and will be working in Kiev, Ukraine.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement organisational strategies, structures, and processes across all departments in UkraineSupport the Country Director in translating national strategies into operational plansPromote a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvementLead the digitalization of departments and workflowsCoordinate across departments and field officesFulfil the role of the Country Director when delegated or in his absenceEnsure compliance with donor requirements, national legislation, and internal standardsRepresent humedica in coordination forums and with external stakeholdersSupport fundraising and donor engagement effortsAbout YouYou want to play a part in supporting people in need with your expertise, ambition and Christian conviction at humedica.
