Head of Energy Storage, Europe
The mission
* Build and lead a leading BESS platform within an established European energy business
* Already operating across tens of GW of grid-connected assets
* Private equity backed with over 20 years track-record supplying technology into the renewable energy sector
The role
* Full ownership of revenue and market expansion
* Build a repeatable sales engine and team to secure high-value commercial customers
* Build and manage EPC and partner relationships
* Close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
* Contribute to regional strategy and growth planning
* Work with executive leadership on strategy and execution
The profile
* Track record of selling complex BESS solutions and building successful sales engines
* Strong network across European energy markets
* 5+ years experience closing complex, multi-year C&I agreements
* Comfortable building in high-growth environments
