Application Manager (f/m/d)
Administration and support for central applications
full-time.
Your tasks
* Ensuring the smooth operation of our key applications
* Responsibility for the stability and security of IT applications, performing and testing software updates
* Central point of contact for the systems to be supported and contact person for colleagues
* Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and close cooperation with external service providers
* In 3rd level support, analysing errors, rectifying faults and developing new optimization strategies
Your profile
* Successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector, preferably as an IT specialist in application development, or successfully completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in IT administration
* Sound knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Dynamics Nav / Business Central
* Basic knowledge of document management, Sharepoint
* Practical experience with web servers and SQL databases
* An analytical mindset, strong communication skills and team spirit
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Services (e.g. Azure platform knowledge, Windows/Active Directory) desirable
