Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of projects by assisting with planning, documentation, and communication across all phases of the project ESMC lifecycle. Working closely with the Project Manager and project team, this role ensures that project records, reports, and quality documentation are properly prepared and maintained. The Project Coordinator also helps monitor progress, follow up on client and subcontractor requirements, and supports compliance with company and client standards in quality, health, safety, and environment. Due to the fact that ESMC is a Taiwanese company and all on site people speaking mainly Mandarian, and therefore, this role is highly preferrable for Mandarian speaking candidate
1. Assist in monitoring project progress and preparing project progress reports.
2. Support the Project Manager in coordinating communication with clients (letters, emails, and verbal updates).
