Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 * Plant Supply Chain Teams: You provide direction, guidance, and support across multiple plants and functions. You align regional goals with global strategies and ensure site teams execute clearly and urgently.
 * Customer-Facing Teams: You partner closely with commercial and customer planning teams to protect service, mitigate risks, and deliver on-time performance with confidence.
 * Operations: You will be a strategic partner to Plant Managers and Regional Operations Leaders, ensuring the supply chain is tightly integrated with manufacturing execution. You will align capacity, material availability, and production scheduling to protect flow and maximize responsiveness. By fostering collaboration between supply chain and operations, you will enable synchronized execution and drive SQDIC performance across sites.
 * Central Functions: You act as the connective tissue between plant operations, procurement, logistics, and program teams, ensuring robust material flows, inventory optimization, and schedule adherence across all tiers.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, or a related field. Masters preferred.
Skills
 * Technical Lean: Strong understanding of Lean principles and practices, particularly in supply chain. Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black Belt) and APICS certifications are a plus.
 * Languages: Fluent in English; additional Spanish or another European language proficiency is a plus.
 * Communication: Strong verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas simply to various stakeholders.
 * Digital: Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or above); experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Familiarity with emerging supply chain technologies is a strong plus.
 * Leadership: Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire teams and drive performance.
 * Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and in a matrixed organization, building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
 * End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Strong experience leading multi-site supply chain operations focusing on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost management.
 * Lean Transformation Cases: Strong background in driving Lean transformations within supply chain functions, linking Lean principles with supply chain strategies. Simplicity while eliminating waste, implementing pull systems, and leading lead time reduction is a must.
 * Program Management: Demonstrated ability to support complex product launches and phase-outs with excellence in planning and execution.
 * Strategic Thinking: Ability to align supply chain operations with broader business goals, co-developing strategies that support growth and operational excellence across multiple regions and plants.
