About the Role As a Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll partner with enterprise clients to design, deliver, and optimize modern SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments. You’ll lead architecture discussions, run workshops, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide proactive services that drive long-term customer success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical depth, solution ownership, and meaningful customer interaction. Architecture & topology design Enterprise migrations, upgrades, scaling, DR, hybrid setups Advanced troubleshooting & administration SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 SPO Management Shell, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph External sharing governance, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels Microsoft Search, Graph connectors, Purview integration Backup, archive, and SAM add-on experience Additional Valuable Skills Active Directory, AD security, IIS, Windows tools Power Platform (Power Automate, Apps, Pages, Virtual Agents) SharePoint PowerShell (Online & On-Prem) Role Requirements Ability to handle critical issues and complex scenarios Willingness to travel within the region (hybrid remote/on-site) Security clearance preferred (not mandatory) #J-18808-Ljbffr
