<p><strong>【Key Responsibilities】</strong></p><ol><li>Develop and execute the partnership and sponsorship strategy for the German market.</li><li>Identify and secure brand-aligned partnerships in areas such as mobility, technology, sustainability, sports, and culture.</li><li>Leverage collaborations to strengthen brand positioning and market credibility.</li><li>Lead contract negotiations and manage budgets in close coordination with legal and finance teams.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end sponsorship processes (evaluation, negotiation, activation, performance tracking).</li><li>Manage and nurture long-term partner relationships.</li><li>Monitor market trends and measure ROI of partnership activities.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>【Key Requirements】</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorship management, or business development, ideally within the automotive, technology, or consumer electronics sector.</li><li>Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships and sponsorship agreements.</li><li>Strong understanding of partnership marketing and the role of sponsorships in building brand awareness and credibility.</li><li>Experience developing integrated partnership activations across marketing, events, digital, and retail channels.</li><li>Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, communications, and global headquarters teams.</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience measuring partnership performance and ROI.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment.</li><li>Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage.</li></ol>
