My client who specialise in the development and manufacturing of payment systems are looking for an experienced Electromechanical engineer with leadership experience to manage a talented team of 10 people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the manufacturing of diverse electronic and electromechanical products
* Conduct final assembly and functional testing of products
* Perform quality and functional checks in both production and development stages
* Handle service and repair operations for various products
* Assign tasks, onboard, and train new team members
* Plan personnel resources and vacation schedules
* Manage material and component availability for production
* Process production orders and monitor delivery timelines
* Monitor product quality and maintain error statistics
* Ensure compliance with production specifications
Your Profile:
* Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a related field (not an engineering role; a Master Craftsman qualification is preferred)
* Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
* Strong technical interest and hands-on mentality
* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and independent working style
* Collaborative team player who leads by example
