Location: Mainz, Germany (with travel to Raunheim and other sites in Germany)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Rate: 17.96 Euros/hr OR 2874 Euros/month Gross on Employment Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for an Employee Services Administrator to support HR administrative activities, primarily related to spin-off employees. This role will involve managing employment documentation, supporting compliance processes, and coordinating onsite administrative activities across locations in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage employment documentation including new employment contracts, termination letters, and reference letters
* Provide administrative support for spin-off employee processes
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of personnel records and mandatory documentation
* Travel regularly to Raunheim to support EFM activities and conduct audits of required employee documents
* Visit other sites within Germany as needed to provide HR administrative support
* Maintain proper documentation in line with local labor laws and company policies
* Coordinate with HR, legal, and management teams regarding employee documentation and compliance matters
* Support internal audits and ensure employee files are up to date and audit-ready
Requirements
* Experience in HR administration or employee services
* Strong knowledge of employment documentation and HR processes
* Familiarity with German labor law and HR compliance requirements is preferred
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Willingness to travel within Germany as required
* Good communication skills in German and English
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
