Role Summary
Up to 20 hours per week (minimum six‑month commitment)
Join our product teams (landing pages & SEO) to help create compelling content that attracts and converts customers. You will write and edit web copy, craft engaging landing-page and campaign content, conduct keyword research and ensure that our brand voice remains consistent across channels. This role offers a holistic view of content marketing, from ideation and research to publication and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
* Content creation & editing: Support the creation and editing of website content such as product pages, banners, campaign copy and landing pages. Draft short-form copy for social media, newsletters and marketing campaigns.
* Multichannel copywriting: Assist with copywriting tasks across different channels (website, CRM, ads, email) and coordinate translations when needed. Ensure tone and messaging align with the Floyt brands.
* SEO & research: Conduct keyword and topic research together with the Content and SEO teams; analyse SEO performance using appropriate tools and apply findings to optimise content. Support the creation of landing pages and backlinks to improve domain authority.
* Content management: Maintain and update content in the CMS; create guidelines, workflow documentation and process improvements. Explore and test AI-powered tools to improve content creation efficiency.
* Project & organisational support: Provide organisational support including planning, briefings, status tracking and cross-team coordination. Assist product managers with day-to-day tasks and administrative work.
* Market & trend research: Research market and industry trends; provide insights into new content formats and marketing strategies to keep Floyt’s content fresh and relevant.
Basic Qualifications
* Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Communication, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Linguistics or a related field (must be registered at a German university during the employment period).
* Strong writing and storytelling skills; excellent command of English and German. Attention to detail and ability to produce error-free copy.
* Curiosity about content marketing, SEO and brand communication.
* Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with or willingness to learn content-management systems and digital tools (e.g. Jira, Canva, CMS platforms).
* Familiarity with keyword research and basic SEO concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in content writing, copywriting or editorial work.
* Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) and ability to evaluate performance metrics.
* Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing.
* Interest in A/B testing, conversion optimisation and customer journey mapping.
* Experience working in e-commerce, consumer marketplaces or SaaS marketing is a plus.
