Strategic HR Partner Role
The position involves providing HR support to business leaders and managers, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, driving strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
* Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration follow-up, performance management, career development, and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews; ensure consistent application of appraisal criteria across all levels.
* Be a key point of contact for employees, actively listening to their needs, providing support, and addressing concerns to foster well-being and motivation.
* Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
* Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decision-making.
This role is suitable for individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* They should have 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance, or consulting.
* Strong understanding of Luxembourg labour laws and HR best practices is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and advise stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
* Fluency in French and English is required, with German being a plus.
