With a team of around 90 talented professionals, they’re growing fast and now seeking a Director of Product to lead the next stage of their innovation journey. 💡 Your Mission As Director of Product, you’ll guide a team of Product Managers to create scalable, insight‑driven, and user‑focused solutions that make healthcare simpler and more human. You’ll combine a sharp strategic vision with hands‑on leadership, turning complex challenges into elegant products that deliver real impact. Encourage ownership, accountability, and a strong product mindset — while staying close to execution when needed. Shape the Portfolio : Oversee a diverse set of product lines, from the core SaaS platform to new AI initiatives. Prioritize based on strategic value and customer impact. Champion Customer‑Centric Innovation : Embed user research, data insights, and feedback loops into every phase of development — from discovery to launch. Manage Product Performance : Define and track success metrics, analyze feature adoption, and drive continuous optimization or deprecation in partnership with Business Intelligence. Ensure Process & Compliance Excellence : Refine product development workflows with cross‑functional teams and uphold quality and security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, C5). Collaborate & Align : Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, QA, and key external stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution stay fully in sync. 🔧 What You Bring 5–7 years’ experience leading and developing Product Managers with direct people responsibility — ideally in a fast‑growing tech or SaaS environment. Proven end‑to‑end product management experience in B2B software, from ideation through launch and iteration. Strong analytical mindset and fluency in data‑driven decision‑making. Background in healthcare or HealthTech, with a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes through technology.
