As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll provide essential support to our global customers, working with colleagues and partners to diagnose issues and ensure timely resolution. Troubleshoot functional issues and manage service tickets from creation to closure, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Background in direct customer support roles.
Proficient in SQL databases and query writing.
Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken (B2/ C1).
Proficiency in Spanish and/or French.
Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Background in software/services pre-sales or business consulting roles.
