Your Tasks
* Development, documentation, and rollout of standardized processes across all countries for consistency in operational workflows
* Analysis and further development of critical workflows (e.g. seller onboarding) with emphasis on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and user experience
* Creation of complete end-to-end process documentation, including guidelines and interface definitions for all stakeholders
* Evaluation and implementation of digital tools for scalable processes and automation
* Definition and establishment of central standards, KPIs, and methods for continuous improvement
* Collaboration with local teams, departments, and stakeholders for identification of opportunities in process improvement and efficiency increase
Your Profile
* Fluency in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
* Completed degree in Business, Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable relevant qualification
* Professional experience in process management, operational excellence, or a similar role, ideally in an e-commerce or marketplace environment
* Strong assertiveness and execution skills
* Experience working with cross-functional and decentralized teams
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN or similar methodologies desirable
* Strong analytical and structured mindset, combined with excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels
* High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
