Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Risk Management professional to join our team at a prestigious, stable and growing Luxembourg company with an international dimension. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining effective IT governance frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to define IT policies, standards, and procedures that drive business success. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of IT governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining an IT governance framework that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to define IT policies, standards, and procedures that support business growth.
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of IT governance.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as ISO 27001, RGPD, PCI-DSS, and others.
* Organizing and supervising internal and external IT audits to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Fluent spoken and written French (C1 minimum).
* Operational level in English (B2 minimum).
* Valid permanent B driving license.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Masters degree in computer science, information systems management or equivalent.
* Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in IT risk management, compliance, or information security with experience in project management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
