As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the strategy, research, interaction design, and user‑centred decision‑making that drive our product forward. This is a high‑impact role for someone who excels at understanding user needs, simplifying complex workflows, and creating clarity out of ambiguity. What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end UX initiatives across major product areas—from user research and discovery to defining flows, interactions, and information architecture. Translate complex legal and operational processes into intuitive, streamlined user journeys. Define and evolve the product’s UX strategy, ensuring usability, consistency, and clarity across all experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to shape requirements and deliver thoughtful, user‑centred solutions. Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable design system (in collaboration with UI designers). Establish UX best practices, guidelines, and processes that elevate product quality. Mentor peers and help grow a strong, collaborative design culture as the team expands. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design (SaaS, B2B, workflow‑heavy tools, or complex systems are strong advantages). A portfolio demonstrating strong UX research, problem‑solving, user flows, wireframes, and interaction design. Experience conducting or collaborating on user research, usability testing, and user insights analysis. Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and UX documentation. Ability to break down complex problems and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders. Experience contributing to or improving design processes. Fluency in German and English.
