Responsibility:
1. Design and optimize management systems, standards and workflows for self-operated logistics networks and B2B transport carriers;
2. Establish carrier KPI framework to monitor delivery performance, timeliness and service quality, and drive continuous improvement;
3. Manage carrier replacement and transition to secure stable business continuity;
4. Collaborate with procurement & tendering teams on tender setup and carrier selection;
5. Oversee carrier billing, online settlement system and standardized financial workflows;
6. Coordinate with fleet suppliers to streamline settlement processes and resolve billing discrepancies timely;
7. Cross-team collaboration to optimize settlement procedures and advance digital online settlement;
8. Conduct process & system training for carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure standard compliance.
Qualifications:
1. Solid experience in logistics, supply chain or 3PL industry, and background in carrier & transportation resource management is highly preferred;
2. Fluent in English for international communication, Mandarin is highly preferred;
3. Proven 3PL carrier management experience; procurement & tendering experience preferred;
4. Familiar with European/German local carrier market is a strong advantage.
