Key Responsibilities Undertake customer visits to understand technical requirements and maintain engagement. Collaborate with customers on new product and application development. Conduct technical training for customers, sales teams, and partners. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for product launches and campaigns. Explore value-added opportunities through trials, testing, and data sharing. Lead on-site troubleshooting and process optimization at customer sites. Partner with R&D and Manufacturing to design, test, and enhance products. Identify and develop new customer segments and business opportunities. Collect market intelligence on competitors, new technologies, and trends. Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
