Our Stuttgart Team is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the hi-tech industry, within a highly dedicated team of Professionals. Explore your tasks and responsibilities
* Accountable for overall Project performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the electronic and battery industry
* Representative of the corporate management to the project
* Highest escalation level within the project to client, contractor and the project team before the corporate management
* Develop and keep good communication and relationship with the Client
* Accountable for the project performance on EHS, schedule, cost and quality, as well as the project manager’s performance
* Report the project status to the company management as per corporate procedures
* Stay on the project site and participate in the client management reporting meeting
* Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
* Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the project disciplines (Project Management, Project Engineering & Design Manager, Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager / Construction Management)
* Define project strategies to achieve the project goals externally and internally
* Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team
Show your expertise
* Master Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
* Longstanding experience in related industries (Semiconductors, Batteries or Electronics), many years EPC project management experience
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
* Detailed knowledge in project execution and coordination
* Good communication and motivational skills
* Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems
* PMI certification would be an advantage
