Managing and developing a team of approximately 10 IT professionalsOverseeing IT operations and support servicesActing as a strategic partner to the Director of Information SecuritySupporting IT strategy development and executionHandling topics such as licensing, governance, and complianceEnsuring efficient use and administration of collaboration and identity tools (, Okta, Slack, Jira) Profile
